Building Positive Relationships (1-2 days)
Not everyone naturally has the skills to engage positively with
individuals and teams; however, in the interest of all parties it is
essential that Managers/senior staff are able to do so.
This course is designed for Care Managers, Deputy Managers and Supervisors
working within residential, domiciliary, supported living and day centre
settings.
The course aims to introduce and enhance communication skills and awareness
that might foster positive and productive professional relationships.
