Common Induction Standards for new Care Workers

This one-day course is designed for new social care workers undertaking the Common Induction Standards (CIS).

The course is delivered in a particularly supportive way; thus aiming to allay any anxiety that the learners may have about the Induction programme.

The CIS are mapped to the GSCC Code of Practice for Social Care workers, which prescribes the standards of professional conduct and practice required of Social Care workers as they go about their daily work.

The course certificate provides NVQ and CIS links.
