Effective Delegation

Delegation is an essential part of managing staff or volunteers, yet often Managers find it very difficult to do as effectively as they would like.
This half day course, designed for senior staff and team leaders explores the reasons why this might be and offers a useful plan and structure which would help participants to delegate more effectively.
This course is often offered in conjunction with a half day course in Stress Management or in Time Management. As always we would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements and to tailor a one day programme to suit your current needs.
