Effective Delegation
Delegation is an essential part of managing staff or volunteers, yet often
Managers find it very difficult to do as effectively as they would like.
This half day course, designed for senior staff and team leaders explores the
reasons why this might be and offers a useful plan and structure which would

This course is often offered in conjunction with a half day course in Stress
