Effective Planning (1 day)
Often there are poor outcomes to support plans and projects as a result of lack
of or poor planning. Time invested in considered planning usually results in the
issues being more rationally considered and thus more realistic strategies being
formulated.
This course, designed for senior staff and managers aims to provide planning
models that could be utilised in major organisational change as well as in
everyday activities.
