Introduction to Management (2 days)
Being a Manager is an extremely demanding, skilled and potentially stressful
job. The days of managing, depending on personal authority, charisma and ‘common
sense’ are over. Managers are nowadays required to be well informed and educated
so that services are provided to the highest possible standard within a highly
competitive environment.
This course opens the door to an ongoing process of learning and development for
the manager.
