Managing Equality & Diversity (2 days)

This is an area that is often misunderstood thus leading to confusion, resentment and occasionally in employment disputes. For Managers the task of working in an Equalities framework can be very daunting and litigious publicity can add to them perceiving equalities as the “enemy” rather than a framework to aid in the development of an anti-oppressive culture.
