Managing Performance (1-2 days)
The failure to respond appropriate to underperformance can lead to staff
discontent, a poorly functioning service and in the end, costly litigation.
This course designed for senior staff and Managers aims to ensure that they approach this sensitive area in a professional and confident manner;
mindful of the Law, organisational policy and procedures and Good Practice.
