Stress can have a very serious impact on work performance and hamper the effectiveness of a Manager. Indeed this can lead to serious ‘burn out’ and disastrous consequences for the individual and those around them.

This one day course explores the notion of stress in the workplace and examines some of the current statistics that indicate the widespread nature of the condition.

The personal nature of stress will be examined as will causation and manifestations; management strategies will be recommended.
