Being a Manager is an extremely demanding, skilled and
potentially stressful job. The days of managing, depending on personal
authority, charisma and ‘common sense’ are over. Managers are nowadays
required to be well informed and educated so that services are provided to
the highest possible standard within a highly competitive environment.
Not everyone is suited to this role.
This course will help learners understand what it might be like being a
manager and help them consider if this is a suitable option for them.
