Supervision Intermediate (Level 2) (3 days)

Following the Introductory course this course moves to the next stage in the use and management of Supervision. Learners will examine more complex skills involved, including feedback, assertiveness, positive reframing, positive reinforcement and working with resistance. There is time reserved for practical application.
Many of the challenging issues experienced by Supervisors are explored.
This course is an element in The Advanced Diploma In Supervision (Accredited by The Open College)
