Ours is a very successful training organisation
and we are constantly expanding. We are currently seeking additional trainers:
MANAGEMENT
TRAINING
All areas of Management training required, particularly areas relating to Social
Care Management.
CHILD
CARE/PROTECTION
You need to be up to date in
current Child Care legislation and have a solid management level background in
working in the care of Children.
WELFARE BENEFITS
You will need to have an
understanding of the task of Social Care and Support, and be up to date with
benefits rights, particularly relating to residential support
NURSING SKILLS
You will need to be a qualified
and registered General Nurse
Whilst Norman Mark Training serves
as an agency for Associate Trainers, we expect a lot from our Associate
Trainers. Trainers work within very clear policies and procedures when working
under our umbrella. Our good name and our success has been achieved by us
ensuring that all those working with us uphold our set standards and high level
of customer care. We recognise that this management and professional scrutiny
does not suit everyone wishing to undertake freelance work and therefore only
wish to attract trainers who are exceptionally committed to training.

Our social care/support trainers need to:
-
Have a Social Care/Social Work background/or
excellent understanding of the field
-
Have considerable experience in working with
People with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health at service level (not
for Food Hygiene or Welfare benefits)
-
Have served in a Managerial /Senior
Practitioner role within Social Care
-
Have considerable training experience in
Learning Disabilities/Mental Health and associated areas (such as Key Working,
Support Planning etc)

Hold a relevant qualification

You will be asked to deliver a
"sample" of your training so that we can get some idea of how you work in
situ. This meeting will also afford you and ourselves the opportunity to
discuss how we might work together.
